for Our hourly associate managers don’t just have an appetite for fun and compassioninfinite by our crazy and loyal guests, but they also manage the restaurant’s daily operations during scheduled shifts under the supervision of exempt management. As part of the leadership team, they are ambassadors for company and brand equity standards to ensure our guests’ loyalty and profit maximization. Our associate managers are role models for team members and contribute to its continuous development. They are experts in resolving interactions with guests, aimed at optimizing profits and ensuring product quality and restaurant cleanliness. - You must be at least 21 years old.
- Minimum of 1 year in a salaried or part-time supervisory capacity in a restaurant or retail/hospitality industry preferably.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
- Serv Safe certification is preferred.
- Must be able to work flexible hours that include opening, closing, weekends, and holidays. Reliable transportation is required. for
