Responsibilities:
– Guide customers in using the feedback system effectively.
– Handle customer emergencies with professionalism.
– Ensure smooth transaction processes and entry into the system.
– Match daily statements with received funds for accuracy.
– Respond to customer inquiries about services and procedures.
– Collect fees for services provided at the center.
– Assist customers with applications and document processing.
– Collaborate on improving customer satisfaction.
– Provide suggestions to enhance center services.
– Communicate customer needs to supervisors.
– Welcome and inform incoming customers about new services.
– Deliver transaction outcomes to relevant departments.
– Solve customer problems related to nol cards.
Qualifications:
– Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in business administration.
– Experience: 0-2 years of work experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
– Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
– Proficiency in various computer applications.
– Innovative problem-solving abilities.
