for Pantheon is looking for a passionate, team-oriented and highly motivated event marketer. This Pantheor will work closely with the Senior Event Marketing Manager and support all events, including conferences, community events, and hospitality events.ranging from in person to virtual. The event marketer will work across sales, partner marketing, customer lifecycle, and demand generation to ensure success. forfor Interesting things you will do
for The main responsibilities are:

• Supplier research, sourcing and creation of proposals,
• Manage the inventory of marketing gifts, supply and delivery of promotional products to people and shows
• Set up sales force campaigns and reports
• Periodically evaluate the success of events and inform leadership with new ideas and suggestions
• Project management and execution under guidance, including event logistics, venue research and exhibition space, travel, staffing and creative fulfillment development, sponsorship fulfillment and promotional plans.
• Ownership of various parts of an event based on time, size, verticality and geography of the project
• Work closely with the SDR team to ensure proper follow-up of Marketing leads
• Track and report on the performance of your campaigns, adjusting it to ensure maximum return on investment.
• On-site support as needed for hospitality conferences and events (2-4 times per quarter on average)
• Support field marketing team efforts as needed , in person and virtually
• Support the event marketing manager toimplement and train sales team on sales gifts platform

What he brings to the table

• 2 years of experience in event marketing or event management
• project management, sense of urgency and exceptional time management
• understanding of the sales cycle and the importance of events in generating leads and accelerating deals
• Ability to evaluate programs and report suggestions to leadership
• Confidence and honesty, ability to be trustworthy and to work with sensitive and confidential information
• Results driven with strong analytical skills
• Highly resourceful, self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership in areas of responsibility
• Experience with Asana and Salesforce
