We are expanding our Member Experience team for our growing company and seeking the right person who integrates well with the team in an Account Manager role. With the definition of our name in mind we are looking for an Outlier – someone who stands apart from the crowd. Outlier provides global access to jet aircraft via the Outlier Jet Card program as well as the global charter team. Our team utilizes aircraft manufactured by Gulfstream, Embraer, Hawker, Lear, Boeing, among other of the best aircraft OEMs. Our clients enjoy access 24 hours a day- 365 days a year to helicopters, propeller aircraft, executive jets and 737 aircraft.

Each member of our team is incredibly important to our success; we rely and trust each member’s expertise as well as their desire to perform.

Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries both written and verbal
• All flight logistics – sourcing, planning, ground transportation, catering
• Flight following day of flights
• Provide general information of all products: Jet Card & Charter
• Troubleshoot and resolve any client or flight issues
• Document and update customer records
• Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks
• Schedule flexibility – night and weekend work required

Qualifications

• Aviation experience
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
