Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service as per company service standards to both internal and external customers at all times.
- Cultivate solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue
- Ensure customers are satisfied with their shopping experience and with the store product.
- Resolve customer complaints and collect any valuable customer feedback
- Maintain accurate records of the total data base collected and potential sales follow up
- Follow up store tasks and submit requested store reports to the SM on time
- Provide overall guidance to newly recruited sales representative
- Maintain store cleanliness standards, including window, VIP room and Store Pantry
- Seek to optimise store retail standards in both front of house & back of house in order to maximise turnover
- Ensure the store is fully replenished at the start of each shift
- Maintain personal grooming standards as per brand guidelines, whilst wearing current season uniform issued by the company as per the current SOP
- Conduct in depth research on competitor products, pricing and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests
- Deputise to Supervisor role during absence through days off and all types of leave
- Promote personal shopping experience, and fashion advisory service.
Qualifications
- Basic IT skills including use of Microsoft Office
- Graduate or high school qualifications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
