Do you have solid sales execution experience and excellent leadership skills? If yes, an opportunity for you has arisen for a Regional Field Sales Manager – Modern Trade to join our KSA team. In this challenging job, you will work out of our Jeddah office and will cover the Western, Southern, and Northern parts of KSA. You will report directly to the Head of Modern Trade -KSA and will have 4 sales supervisors reporting directly to you. You will be leading a have a team of 25+ members of Merchandisers, Sales representatives, and supervisors.
Develop the execution fundamentals to meet Business Objectives
You will be leading our Modern Trade field salesforce across the region aiming to improve business efficiency, grow sales, build the future organization. You will lead a team of 80 people through 5 direct reports and build an organization known for functional excellence and strong team spirit. As the custodian of the Customer Scorecard, it is your role to track, achieve and exceed Category & Brand wise Growth, Profitability, and Execution Parameters. You will collaborate extensively with our customers to facilitate seamless execution and build a store-level relationship. Internally you will be working closely with our Key Account Managers & customer marketing teams to build the right plans by customers and by region. You will work cross-functionally with Finance, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Merchandising, and Commercial Ops for the achievement of your KPIs. To build the organization of tomorrow you will have focus on training, coaching your team, and will institute the right culture in the organization. You will ensure that the promotion plans are communicated to the customers and sales staff and correctly implemented.
Commercial profile with customer and market insight
You hold a minimum of 10 years of sales experience working for blue-chip brands and robust experience working with Key Accounts in Saudi Arabia. Of this experience, a minimum of 5+ years working in Modern Trade between Direct Sales or Key Account Management is preferred. A clear understanding and view of the Field Sales Process within the modern trade Channel is a key to success in this role. You are a go-getter with a track record of delivering results consistently. You have a strong analytical aptitude and the ability to drive insights with a clear understanding of business & category trends. From the leadership perspective, in the past, you have led large sales teams.
