WORK TITLE : Breakfast assistant and social worker
for REPORTS A : General Manager
for DEPARTMENT : Restaurant
for LOCATION : Sunridge Properties
for FLSA STATUS : Not exempt
for SUMMARY : coordinates the breakfast service by performing the following functions:
for Essential functions

  • Prepares breakfast at scheduled time
  • Ensures that breakfast items are stored and available to guests during breakfast hours according to to company standards
  • Maintains cleanliness of breakfast area and kitchen during and after breakfast hours
  • Greet guests and accommodate special requests as needed
  • Ensures that countertops and machines are clean and tidy at all times
  • Leaves areas where breakfast is served and where it is eaten clean, vacuumed and mopped. Clean tables and chairs, etc. Take an inventory of breakfast items regularly; order or purchase items as needed and provide all receipts to the General Manager
  • Properly rotate inventory and ensure items are properly wrapped and stored at the correct temperatures that comply with hotel branding and regulations from the local health department.
  • Helps keep public areas clean.
  • Allother assigned tasks
