We are looking for a Secretary to manage our front desk on a daily basis receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately. Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide reception service in an efficient, professional and courteous manner
- Meet and great visitors and redirect them as appropriate
- Providing support to the administrative functions
- Utilizing available technologies to serve our clients
- Managing Call Center Operations
- Identify customers needs and offer solutions
- Assuring customers satisfaction through maintaining a comfortable and neat reception area that is well organized and equipped with sufficient material, brochures
- Greeting & interacting well with visitors.
- Ensuring a neat, tidy and pleasant appearance of the reception area.
- Maintaining security by following procedures, monitoring logbook & issuing visitors badges.
- Fast, courteous, and knowledgeable customer service and support.
- High quality call script delivery & on target customer conversion.
- Problem solving with positive attitude.
- Excellent relationship building with ability to form a rapport with any customers

Qualification
- High School Certificate Experience:
- customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred).
