for
As a lobby attendant, you are responsible for delivering and collecting housekeeping related items including, but not limited to, linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies to the various departments on the property. , anticipating and responding to guest requests at the hotel, while providing exemplary guest service. forfor Essential Duties/Responsibilities

  • Anticipate guest expectations
  • Deliver all cleaning-related requests
  • Deliver restaurant bedding to various departments
  • Clean and maintain public areas, administrative offices, pool area, bar, restaurant, meeting rooms, restrooms, driveways, parking lots and all the other guest areas andhotel services that may be assigned from time to time
  • Schedule guest laundry pickup and delivery
  • Restock all lockers and cleaning carts
  • Receive , store and restock cleaning supplies as needed
  • Follow all hotel security policies and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with guests for requests

Labor requirements

  • Must be available to work on weekends and holidays
  • Great attention to detail

The ideal candidate will have

  • Ability to interact with all hotel associates and guests
  • Previous experience in cleaning or cleaning; preferably in a hotel

Physical requirements

While performing the tasks of this job, the employee should walk, sit, use hands to reach with hands and arms, and crouch, kneel, or stoop. Must be able to lift/move and up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects. Specific vision skills required by this job include close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
