WE ARE HIRING!
We are looking for a digital communications expert to assist on digital communications activites with a focus on messaging and associated frameworks.
This ideal candidate would be accountable for defining and building an end to end Digital Messaging framework, leveraging Digital technologies and partners to provide data driven contextual messages to our customers.
This person must have an approach whilst also keeping up with the latest Digital technologies and techniques as well as leverage market and customer insights to feed into and shape the Digital strategic direction.
Specialist experience in the following platforms and activities is critical to the role:
- 2+ years experience in managing large scale Digital programmes
- 2+ years experience in driving Analytics solutions for complex Digital organisations
- 4+ years experience in a B2C communication environment
- Excellent planning and communication skills
- Strong liaison experience with development agencies
- web savvy and possess a working understanding/experience in Agile including strategy, requirements definition, design, usability, content development, web development, and QA.
