Key Responsibilities:
· Serve customers by selling company services and meet customer needs
· Service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and company daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales
· Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of customers
· Enhance company reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
· Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as a team member.
· Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments
· Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
· Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
· Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and new services
· Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
· Provide historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales
