On a mission to continue disrupting, we are in immediate demand for an entrepreneurial focused, dynamic, and energetic Senior Associate – Supply Chain Growth. As the Senior Associate, you are responsible for the onboarding of brands onto the Kitopi platform by managing the Kitopi assortment of Direct & Indirect materials whilst ensuring that the Supply Chain needs of Kitopi are met in a timely and cost-effective manner, participate in overall brand onboardings, run Supply Chain projects and manage cost reductions across the product ranges. You will be responsible for developing relationships with brands & vendors, offer suggestions for and execute operational efficiencies across the brand portfolio.

What You’ll Do

• Attend Brand visits & accurate food cost SWOTs.
• Sell-in & embed the Kitopi Catalogue for best practise procurement set up.
• Provide snap-shot cost projections of food cost & waste.
• Partner with Brands to set SC/commercial alignment.
• Complete effective costing analysis of RMs and Recipes.
• Deliver ERP – ready set up templates.
• Act as the cross-functional liaison officer in Kitopi.
• Set and oversee effective Training processes.
• Assist with and execute SLA’s for brand GO LIVE.

Who We Look For

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Supply Chain.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain or stock management within the F&B, FMCG, or hospitality industry.
• Proven track record in account management, sourcing & vendor management with food distributors and international suppliers.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills required.
• Extensive experience in developing business specific contracts and agreements.
• Familiarity with purchasing fundamentals and ERP systems.
• Energetic and motivational management style focused on personal influence.
• Experience working directly with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage expectations against rapid growth deadlines.
