Our mission is to serve and strengthen the St. Louis LGBTQIA community by providing empathic listening, connecting with resources that affirm the LGBTQIA community, and supporting LGBTQIA needs in the greater St. Louis MO-IL area.
We are a community-based grassroots nonprofit organization focused on providing support and space for St. Louis queers to lead fulfilling lives.

- Document outlining the relationship of the board of directors with your organization, including its role, responsibilities and structure
- Document defining the roles and responsibilities of individual board members, including empty seats, if applicable
Additional details
Our Board of 6 has a very new year. Our Council hopes to provide anti-oppressive, grassroots and mission-based leadership to the rest of the organization. We have an existing document and statute outlining the role of the council, but the individual council membersthey are not clear about their specific responsibilities and we could help us put our role descriptions into action.
