This two-year program consists of three rotating assignments in supply chain roles combined with formal classroom training. • Work in three diverse assignments in manufacturing, sourcing and materials management, logistics, quality and process improvement, HSE operations and services
• Participate in structured professional development, receive training and mentoring and on-the-job learning to create opportunities for career acceleration
• Attend a meaningful supply chain training curriculum, including certification in LEAN Six Sigma,APICS and supply chain processes
• Networking globally and functionally interconnect, leading program or project initiatives with peers and interacting with global business leaders

for To be successful in this role, you will need to:

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or equivalent from an accredited university
• Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent)
• Graduated from your bachelor’s degree in the last 36 months
• Demonstrate experience and passion for supply chain operations
• Master spoken and written English and have effective communication skills
• Be able to travel internationally
• Have the legal right to work within the country in which you submit the application
