The leasing consultant is responsible for all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive relationships with the residents of a property. forfor Job responsibilities
for
Property management and leasing
for

  • Show, rent and move effectively to prospective residents; greet, rate, tour the community, and sign the lease
  • Performs all necessary functions to close the sale, including appointments, generating new leads, taking tours, maintenance of model units and all necessary follow-up
  • Complete all necessary leasing paperwork prior to move-in
  • Help with lease audits, mobile units and turnover process
  • Maintain accurate data on traffic and leasing of potential customers, responding to potential customers within 24 hours.
  • Utilize established sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic, maintain closing rates, and work toward meeting and exceeding leasing goals
  • Perform various administrative tasks as required needed
  • Deal with resident complaints, concerns and requests to ensure resident satisfaction
  • Help develop and implement resident retention programs (i.e. resident functions , special promotions, monthly newsletter, etc.)
  • Contribute to the maintenance and general cleaning of the office, common areasand model

  • Help implement the scope of the annual marketing plan
  • Review and help complete market research/analysis on an ongoing basis to generate ideas and formulate plans
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the property’s product and the competition, as well as market conditions; full weekly market study report

  • Manage excellent customer service and monitor response and response to service requests
  • Projects a favorable image of the community to achieve property goals and public recognition
  • Ensure consistency in the treatment of residents in all matters
  • Enforce community policies delegated by the immediate supervisor

Education/Experience
for

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to understand and perform all functions of the software on the site; Basic computer skills are required.
  • You must have a basic understanding of fair housing laws and OSHA requirements. forfor
