About Kaso
Kaso is an online platform revolutionizing the ordering and communications process between Restaurants & Suppliers by digitizing the process end to end to ultimately ease the procurement process.
Responsibilities
• Improve reporting and data visibility for faster and more effective decision making for all markets, keeping up with the dynamic and fast nature of Kaso’s operations to always provide the best solutions.
• Modelling data and improving the availability of data in our data hub, working across functions to ensure our data is clean and accurate.
• Building concise, informative reports and providing visibility on key business areas to inform decision making, as well as maintaining and optimizing existing reports
• Carry out project based or ad-hoc analysis to solve complex business problems.
• Ability to draw insights from reports and summarize findings for management team
• Developing performance reviews for in-depth deep dives across business functions
• Ability to define business KPIs across functions and build scorecards to measure daily/weekly/monthly progress
Who we’re looking for
• Bachelor’s degree. STEM and Economics backgrounds are highly preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in tech start-ups or operational roles are highly preferred
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, data driven and results oriented attitude is required
• Enjoys a fast-paced tech driven environment, and loves building things from scratch
• Strong written and oral communication skills
. Ability to drive complex ideas and process to diverse people across markets and teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in SQL
• Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools including Tableau and Data studio
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and technologies such as Big Query
• Familiarity with python and basic software development concepts
• Familiarity with agile tools (Jira) and version control concepts (GitHub).
• Familiarity with statistical concepts
