for ZipRecruiter is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team and oversee the development and growth of product marketing across all of our core products. This role is at the intersection of Product, Sales, Strategy, and Marketing, andHe is responsible for leading the go-to-market strategy, product/feature launch, and messaging. forfor Key Approaches:

• Lead the go-to-market strategy and execution for our B2B and B2C products, including: launch plans, product and marketing messages, claims, sales enablement, digital/media assets and communications internal/external. to maximize exposure and drive customers to take action
• Partner with creative and product teams to develop highly engaging, customer-centric messages that drive product adoption throughout the customer experience
• Partner with the advertising team to develop impactful messages for campaigns and ideas to generate ideas to drive new business/customer acquisition
• Collaborate with other product marketers, leaders of sales, product strategists and data scientists to generate relevant insights and claims to differentiate ZipRecruiter as a market leader
• Own all messages throughout the B2B and B2C customer journey, and the expert to turn to for message and complaint questions
• Partner with the product to develop customer marketing initiatives to drive engagement and customer engagement. to retention, upsells, renewals and satisfaction
• Keep a strong pulse on positioning, competitive landscape, market trends and product differentiators
• Design, grow and refine resource systems and libraries of customer-ready materials to assist teamsof sales and support for B2B and B2C customers
• Track content usage, measure performance, document learnings and report key objectives to marketing leadership and executive team
• Manage multiple projects in internal and external teams to influence results and meet aggressive deadlines
• Prioritize initiatives, activities, and deliverables to effectively manage time and creative resources to deliver project activities. greater added value for cross-functional teams
• Enable our creative and design teams to work effectively by providing clear feedback and reports

Minimum requirements:

• 5 years of work experience in a high performance company based on data organization
• Experience in the development of positioning and elaboration of messages for B2B and B2C audiences
• Demonstrated track record of prior success in launching new products and developing/executing marketing plans
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and teams multifunctional
• Excellent project management skills and experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
• Strong analytical and critical thinker with the ability to use data to present your case and define results
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel occasionally (: 10-20% of the time)
• Bachelor’s degree
