Overview
Join us as an educational sales consultant. You will provide personalized customer service to parents and guardians regarding their students’ academic needs via phone calls, emails and/or live video chat. You will identify and resolve issues, answer questions, and provide an advisory sales approach regarding various options to guide callers to the right educational solutions for their students’ needs.
Required skills
- At least 1 or 2 years of experience in a high-volume customer service role, such as a call center, retail or similar environment.
- Familiarity with operating systems, including versions of the Windows operating system and/or versions of the Mac operating system. Ability to install and uninstall applications. Ability to download products and applications using various browsers.
- Excellent exerciseverbal and/or written communication skills.
- High value of the need for education. Experience as an educator (teacher, tutor, learning center) is a plus.

To work on this client program, independent contractors will need to pass a background check. It consists of identity verification, National Sex Offense Registry report and criminal background check.
Contractual relationship
The relationship between you and Working Solutions is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment. Working Solutions will not be liable for any withholding taxes on your earnings during your contract with Working Solutions. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree not to claim any rights against Working Solutions under this or otherwise for vacation, sick leave, retirement benefits, social security, worker’s allowance, health benefits or disability, overtime, unemployment benefits or employee benefits of any kind. ”
