  • Help customers by providing an exceptional experience, building relationships, and helping consumers and small business customers succeed financially
  • Engage clients proactively engage in conversations and ask questions to learn about their financial needs
  • Maintains knowledge and offers a full range of Wells Fargo products and services, and digital options to help clients be financially successful in based on customer needs
  • Build customer relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up
  • Helps customers open new accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit requests
  • Helps resolve customer concerns and escalate issues as needed
  • Makes presentations to other bankers and partners to help meet financial needs more widely. customer plias

for Necessary qualifications

  • 2 years of experience interacting with people, demonstrated through work, the military or education

  • Focus on customer service with experience in handling complex transactions across multiple systems
  • Experience proactive engagement with customers through outreach by phone or email
  • Ability to educate and connect customers with technology and share the value of mobile banking options
  • Ability to help clients be financially successful by offering presentations to additional team members as appropriate

  • Ability to follow policies, procedures and regulations
  • Ability to identify potential fraudulent accounts and take appropriate steps to avoid losses
  • Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with clients and team members
  • Relevant military experience including working with protocol and instructions military enlisted evaluations, officer/leader reports
  • Relevant military experience, including work in personnel benefits management, order processing, or military personnel transitions, wartime readiness operations, human resources or military recruitment
  • Proficient with proactive sourcing, procurement, building and maintaining relationships with clients and colleagues
