Provide customer service to end users by phone, email, or web chat. Provide restoration or maintenance actions to solve end-user problems. forforRespond to end-user problems based on standard procedures. forforYou must properly track incidents and calls, including but not limited to data entry into the database in a timely and accurate manner. forforMust be able to multitask andhandle assigned tasks while helping end users. Assist end users with the creation and modification of electronic credit applications and contracts.
