Location summary … What will you do …

The shift is from Monday to Friday from 5:00 pm to 1:30 am

• Ensures clean and hygienic facilities (e.g. offices, restrooms, conference rooms, lobbies, elevators, parking lots) in accordance with company safety procedures and guidelines and federal, state laws and regulations and local (for example, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, State Health Department regulations) wearing personal protective equipment; emptying of waste containers and bins for separate collection; dust, sweep and wet wash; stripping and waxing floors; cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms and showers; vacuuming and removing stains from carpets; cleaning of electronic devices (e.g. microwaves), windows, air conditioner ducts and ceiling tiles; and identify and react to additional cleaning needs.
• Assistance in supporting the facility by setting up rooms for special events; carry out small maintenance and repair activities; collection and transport of recyclable materials; disassembly and cleaning of drug dispensers; and report facility issues (eg roof leaks, power outages) to management.
• Complete job assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, collaborators, customers and other business partners; identify priorities, deadlines and expectations; perform tasks; communicate progress and information; determine and recommend ways to address opportunities for improvement; and adapting and learning from changes,from challenges and feedback.
• Comply with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; using the open door policy; and apply them in the execution of business processes and practices.
