- Experience in Legal consultant in business environment.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures
- Oversee the completion and handover of projects to ensure that conditions are met, and legal documents are effectively transferred.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in law.
- Licensed to practice law from the State Bar Association.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a corporate lawyer.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding managerial and negotiation skills.

- Work Hours will be total 10 Hours every day (8 Hours a day + 2 Hours overtime a day) and 6 working days in a week.
- Contract will be for 2 Years including Visa and Emirates ID
- Working Overtime and other facilities will be provided as per UAE Labor Law. 7). Medical insurance provided by the company as per UAE Labor Law.
- Work Location Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates. 9.) Joining ticket will not be provided by the company.
All other benefits such as medical Insurance, annual leave, public holidays, and overtime etc. should be in accordance with labor laws of the country of employment
