As a VP Of Brand at the Next Gay Thing, you will have to be making sure we offer the best solution to our Job To Be Done of “giving yourself a gift” through product development & communication it in the most cost-efficient way.

There are a few core things that you will be dealing with:
– Organic & Paid Marketing & their mix
– Lead Generation, from Facebook ads to organic partnerships
– Lead Conversion, from the customer journey to email campaigns
This means you are responsible for the overall view of the:
– Organic Traffic & Partnerships
– Paid Traffic
– Conversion
– Branding
– Design
– Social Media & Influencer Network
– Visuals
– JTBD Development
– Customer Loyalty & Community
with the help of the rest of the team.
It would also be great if you:
– Have direct experience setting conversion growth targets across multiple channels, allocating budget, and adjusting strategies to match changes in performance
– Are systematic & goal-oriented
– Have a good eye for visuals
– Have a really proactive attitude
– Have worked 1-3 years in a high growth company, with proven ability to move quickly and get things done
IMPORTANT: You need to be an Estonian or a UK tax resident or be able to send the company invoices
