The Opportunity: We are seeking individuals to assist with ticket procurement and fulfillment for our online marketplace. This part time role will assist in ensuring that our marketplace has accurate inventory across a variety of live events to meet consumer demand. With hours 8:30am-12:30pm Monday – Friday, this position is perfectly suited for individuals who are looking for consistent hours and valuable flexibility during the evenings and weekends.

How your role contributes to the success of Vivid Seats:

• Data entry including unique ticket info such as performer, event, date, and seat locations.
• Ensure accuracy of ticketing assets and their corresponding marketplace listings maintaining our foundation of an authoritative and trusted marketplace.
• Keep organized and accurate records of all transactions.
• Facilitate online transactions during periods of high traffic.

• Strong computer skills with the ability to multiple task using multiple tools and software simultaneously

Shift: This is a part time role with hours: Monday – Friday; 8:30am-12:30pm

Pay: $16/hr
