  • Meet all home office requirements listed below.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • One or more years of customer service and/or sales experience.
  • Your home office must be located in the state of Arkansas.
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Demonstrated communication and customer service skills. for

Central office requirements

  • This is a work-from-home feature with occasional in-person meetings and training.
  • Your home office must be located within the state of Arkansas.
  • Internet service with direct connection to a cable or fiber modem capable of at least 25 Mbps (depending on your service plan; a monetary stipend may be provided). Wireless or DSL connections are not acceptable.
  • A dedicated quiet and private workspace.
  • Verizon conducts regular home web camera audits to ensure your workspace is compliant.
  • The ability to self-manage in a remote work environment, including ergonomic chair configuration, deskand company-supplied IT equipment, and ongoing, proactive, skilled, and efficient management of your home network and connections.
  • Demonstrated self-discipline, time management skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to work collaboratively with leaders and as a team, all in a remote work environment. for

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • An associate degree.
  • Experience in solving customer problems, billing and/or handling questions about the use of products.
  • Experience solving customer problems in a work-from-home environment.
  • Experience in the promotion and/or sale of products and services.
  • Mastery of technology applying it to solve problems.
  • Demonstrated self-discipline, time management skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to work collaboratively with leaders and as a team, all in a remote work environment. for
