Job description
Customer relationship consultants build relationships with customers by meeting face-to-face and engaging them when and where they need to provide the best possible advice. Strong customer relationships are based on trusting, evaluating and caring for customer banking needs, obtaining and processing customer and account information, educating customers about deposit products and services, and loan available and on the recommendation of financial solutions based on the unique goals and needs of each client. They are also responsible for originating and closing consumer loans, opening accounts and opening and/or closing the branch. This position requires registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) under the terms of the SAFE 2008 Act and Regulation Z. You will be subject to the required registration process, which includes a criminal record and credit check. Failure to comply with or maintain anyof NMLS registration requirements, including maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit history, may result in the offer being terminated or the employment relationship terminated. This active posting is for an Advisor role in relations with Customers: Customer Relations Consultant 1, Customer Relations Consultant 2, Customer Relations Consultant 3 and Customer Relations Consultant 4. Customer Relations Consultant 1 Qualification Base – High school diploma or equivalent – One to three years of customer service experience – One to three years of sales experience Preferred skills/experience – Basic knowledge of philosophy, policy, procedures, documentation and of retail product systems – Basic knowledge of all retail products and services – Proven customer service and interpersonal skills – Effective sales and reference – Strong math, problem solving and negotiation skills – Strong cap verbal and written communication skills – Experience in the financial services industry preferred Customer Relations Consultant 2 Qualificationsbasic – High school diploma or equivalent – Three to four years of customer service experience – Three to four years of sales experience Preferred skills/experience – In-depth knowledge of product philosophy, policy, procedures, documentation and systems retail – In-depth knowledge of all retail products and services – Proven customer service and interpersonal skills – Experience in participating in campaigns/promotions of sales – Strong math, problem solving and negotiation skills – Strong verbal and written communication skills – Financial services industry experience preferred – Experience in assisting less experienced staff Client relationship Consultant 3 Basic qualifications – High school diploma or equivalent – Four to five years of customer service experience – Four to five years of sales experience Preferred skills/experience – In-depth knowledge of retail product philosophy and policy, procedures, documentation and systems – Advanced knowledge of all retail products and services – Customer Proven service and interpersonal skills – Experience in participating in sales campaigns/promotions – Strong mathematical skills,problem solving and negotiation – Strong verbal and written communication skills – Financial services industry experience preferred – Prior experience of supervision Customer Relations Consultant 4 Basic qualifications – Diploma of high school or equivalent – Five or more years of customer service experience – Five or more years of sales experience Skills/experience preferred – Advanced knowledge of the product in detailphilosophy, policy, procedures, documentation and systems – Advanced knowledge of all retail products and services – Proven customer service and interpersonal skills – Experience in participating in campaigns/promotions sales skills – Strong math, problem solving and negotiation skills – Strong verbal and written communication skills – Experience in financial services preferred in sector – Previous supervisory experience preferred
