The position
Under the leadership of the Representative, IOM leads the strategic planning of UNFPA operations, setting management objectives and outsourcing services. Qualifications and experience
Higher university degree in any of the following disciplines: Public Administration or Business Administration, Economics, Management or another related field. forfor Knowledge and experience

  • 5 years of development experience in a government, multilateral or civil society organization in a multicultural environment, including 3 or more years of experience in managing teams in a complex organizational environment
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships, focus on impact and outcome, and respond positively to feedback
  • Solid knowledge in procurement, human resource management and financial, contracts, assets and information. and communication technology
  • Ability to lead the reengineering of business processes, implement new systems and positively affect changes in behavior/attitude of personnel
  • Ability to lead strategic planning, results-based management and reporting, formulation and monitoringof projects/programs
