If this all sounds interesting, you will be tasked with achieving these goals by: Greet guests with warm, prompt and individualized service Interact with existing guests and maintain active contact with a growing list of preferred customers Inform guestson current in-store promotions, events, and services Meet/exceed individual and team sales goals and objectives Perform makeup applications, skincare analytics, and product demos Maintain strong in-store and vendor relationships to reinforce in-store trainings and events/promotions Communicate merchandising needs to SM Ensure all merchandise, fitting rooms, and demo stations are well maintained Follow all loss prevention control and compliance procedures Promote loyalty Ulta Beauty and Guest Service Programs ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS: Qualified candidates will possess 3 to 4 years of prestigious experience in product line retailing, with the ability to build and maintain strong guest relationships . Additional requirements include: A high school diploma (or equivalent) with 3-4 years of relevant work experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience) Adherence to the Ulta Beauty dress code, while maintaining a professional appearance Demonstrated competence in sales, products and services The ability to positively and proactively handle guest concerns and prioritize tasks The ability to work well independently and as part of a team The ability to work nights and weekends Nevada Demonstrator License Required Maine Cosmetology or Esthetician License Required Essential Functions: Regularly requires the ability to stand, bend, and lift 50 pounds of merchandise for a full shift.to the company’s service compensation plan.
