Opportunities
We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable customer success employee to join our team. The CSA is a responsive customer-facing role focused on driving customer value and success through optimal use of the UJET platform. This is achieved by ensuring that customers realize and experience the value of UJET, monitoring customer health indicators, addressing customer concerns, and helping them to better use our technology/platform to achieve their business goals and objectives. With established trust and loyalty, this role seeks to naturally progress and expand the partnership by identifying potential up-sell and cross-sell opportunities. The CSA will bring a high number of clients it supports.This role is also responsible for driving product adoption throughout the customer journey to achieve frictionless renewals. We are looking for an analytical thinker who will plan and manage the needs of their client portfolio, collaborating with UJET’s internal team. The role requires a strong understanding of the product, as well as excellent customer contact and presentation skills.
Responsibility
- Building value-based relationships with customers who have basic licenses and customers who are committed to concept testing
- Build and implement customer success plans, demonstrating ROI and product adoption
- Analyze customer metrics, including usage data, health indicators and renewal dates in line with Goals
- Develop and submit business reviews annually
- Mitigate risk or customer neglect by identifying root causes, defining and activating solutions, and implementing cross-functional support
- Identify and qualify expansion opportunities
Requirements
- Experience with Contact Center Technology services and software, including telephony and/or telecommunications software, a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and remain calm and tactful in high pressure situations
- Proven track record of strong internal and external relationships
- Autonomy, focus and motivation
- Team-oriented with a forward-thinking and creative problem solving dedication
- Business-conscious with a proven track record of transforming businesscustomers and upselling/cross-selling growth
- 2-3 years of relevant experience (preferably in SaaS)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
