Job description:
* Organize trips for companies, sports teams, vacations, weddings and more
* Determine customer needs and preferences , such as schedules, costs and payment plans
* Plan and organize tour packages, excursions and day trips
* Book travel reservations, hotel, flights, car rental, special events, honeymoons
* Provide adequate documentation to clients such as authorization forms, flight tickets, theme park tickets
* Make alternate booking arrangements if changes arise before or during travel.
