What will you do

First thing you need to know: this is not your typical retail show. As a Trek Sales Associate, you’ll be on the front lines helping people have fun riding their bikes. You’ll learn about some of the smartest products in the cycling industry, make thoughtful recommendations to your customers, and maintain meaningful relationships with cyclists in your community. The pace is fast, customers are curious, and having an all-for-one customer-centric team mentality is huge. We value hospitality skills first and prefer to hire someone who is eager to learn than someone who thinks he knows it all. If you’re already an expert on bicycles, that’s amazing. If not, we will train him. The important thing is to know how to treat customers, assess their needs and exceed their expectations.
