What will you do
As a Trek Production Technician, no day is the same as the last. This job is all about caring for bicycles so that their owners love to ride them. You will also be the first to have new models on hand before they reach the sales area. Most importantly, you’ll build relationships with people who trust you to keep their equipment running smoothly. You will be the Lead Technician at the shop and complete over 50% of the total repairs for the team. This role focuses on repairing and building bikes quickly and consistently, keeping precision and quality a priority. The team and our customers will trust you for the most complex repairs. This role requires high skills in communication, leadership and problem solving.
