Role information

Time Doctor, the world’s leading productivity solution for remote teams, is looking for a talented business development representative to discover opportunities and build a pipeline for account executives serving our most strategic and largest accounts. We are growing our Enterprise team and we need great people to join Time Doctor and take on the challenge to achieve our aggressive goals.

This position will work directly with the entire corporate sales team. Enterprise BDR is expected to take advantage of our extensive sales training program to achieve immediate pipeline goals and to prepare and grow into a larger role.

Your responsibilities

  • Work to support the sales team to identify and map target customers.
  • Build a network; research potential customers through the use of web/social media, internal databases and external tools to identify leads.
  • Gathering market insights into new verticals.
  • Set up meetings or calls between prospects and Account Executives.
  • Provide an excellent customer experience with every touchpoint and become a trusted resource and develop superior relationships with prospects.
  • Follow up and monitor continuously past leads, to ensure a consistent customer experience and maintain momentum.
  • Promotethe pipeline through outbound prospecting.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with assigned regional sales executives to develop and execute prospecting activities.
  • Phone and email inaccount target, use personally searched lists or contacts within a specified region/market to discover and qualify opportunities.
  • Work closely with marketing to run the demand generation playbook to create monthly campaigns. marketing and identifying and targeting potential customers to key accounts.
  • Collaborate with marketing to further improve the messages and positioning that work best in prospecting efforts.
  • Understanding needs and objectives of each client in order to best align them with the appropriate resources or internal teams for follow-up.

Skills and experience required

  • 2 years of BDR or equivalent sales experience, particularly in B2B software markets.
  • Experience using tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, etc. li>
  • Experience and talent for outbound sales and prospecting.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent communication, follow-up and negotiation skills .
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
  • Track the record for higher sales shares.
  • A natural ability to learn new software tools and techniques on your own.
  • Experience with CRM software (eg Salesforce).
  • Possess a \”customer first\” mindset with the ability to perform in line with business objectivesgeneral.
  • Strong personal initiative and self-starter mentality.
  • A growth mindset, with a strong desire for coaching, personal development and learning on the job.

This is a 100% full-time remote location that will allow you to work from anywhere.
