Reynolds and Reynolds, a leading provider of premium integrated IT solutions for auto dealerships, is seeking roaming customer success specialists to work with our business account clients.
As a roaming customer success specialist, you will help our customers make a seamless conversion to the Reynolds and Reynolds system, and provide customer training and support throughout the process. You will provide on-site installation support to major dealers in and outside your region, and will travel approximately 80% of the time.
The objective of this position is to assist the client in the transition to our software and then function as a consultant, providing excellent support for our products and ensuring that our clients are using the software they purchased to its full potential. . . Traveling Customer Success Specialists work from a home office and will be provided with an I-Phone, laptop, and company printer, scanner, and copier equipment.
TRAINING:
Paid training! This position will begin with an intensive four-month paid training program at our facility in Houston, TX. The training program is designed to teach you our solutions and give you the skillsnecessary to be successful in this entry-level position. REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to travel 80% of the time
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
