To fulfill the vision of being the industry leader in the Distribution of Neuro Intervention Angio Implants in India the company is now expanding its reach and needs to hire Territory Managers in Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Cochin, Chennai, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Bhopal, Indore, Lucknow, Patna and Kolkata.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager / National Sales Manager the Responsibilities of the Territory Manager – Neuro Intervention and Vascular Neurosurgery Angio Implants include:
.
- Achieve Hospital wise, Doctor wise Revenue Targets for Neuro Intervention and Vascular Neurosurgery Angio Implants in the assigned Territory to Ensure Sales and Collection Targets are achieved.
- Build rapport and relationships with all Neurosurgeons, Vascular Neurosurgeons and Neuro Intervention Radiologists to Introduce / Increase Usage of the Company Neuro Intervention and Vascular Neurosurgery Angio Implants in each hospital with each doctor.
- Provide technical and clinical support to Neurosurgeons, Vascular Neurosurgeons and Neuro Intervention Radiologists in the selection and use of Company Neuro Intervention and Vascular Neurosurgery Angio Implants.
- Ensure Sales and Collection Targets are achieved.
- Manage Hospital and Distributor(s) pricing, contracts, inventory, collections etc. within the assigned territory.
- Attend and participate in training programs to acquire / strengthen skills on new products and clinical procedures.
- Maintain and expand existing product sales; launch new products into assigned customer base.
- Support training functions and attend trade shows and sales meetings as required.
- Submit Activity Reports and Performance Reports at specified frequencies in specified formats.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- B.Sc. Biology / Bio Medical Technology Graduate.
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated success in Angio Suite sales.
- Experience in making technical and clinical procedure presentations on Angio Implants to Surgeons.
- Experience in providing pre-clinical, clinical, and case support to Angio Surgeons.
- Understanding of competitive products in the Neuro Intervention and Vascular Neurosurgery market in India.
- Knowledge of complete vascular anatomy (cardiovascular system) and physiology with an extensive focus on knowledge of neuro anatomy and physiology.
- Strong clinical and technical knowledge, with the confidence to knowledgably engage key stakeholders such as physicians, clinical staff, nurses, department managers, hospital administrators and supply chain to present a value proposition.
- Capability and flexibility to travel to hospitals and participate in clinical cases.
- Ability to recognize normal and abnormal disease processes as it relates to clinical cases and the use of the Company’s products.
- Ability to effectively articulate the Company’s product use, concepts, outcomes, and clinical advantages.
- Ability to effectively interface with physicians, staff, and hospital administration.
- Ability to read, analyse, interpret, and explain scientific / technical journals, papers, case studies and reports.
- Must have excellent communication and time management skills.
