Your Responsibilities

Carefully handle and respond to all incoming and outgoing customer inquiries

Deliver excellent customer service through active listening

Handle confidential customer information and handle it with sensitivity

Try to solve problems on the first call by being proactive, patient, empathetic and understanding

Communicate properly with customers

Deal compassionately with sensitive situations around health needs, education and prevention planning

Comply with all regulatory and customer compliance laws

Document all customer-facing interactions

Engage leadership for support, where appropriate (engage to resolve)


What we are looking for

Over 18 years old

Ability to type 25 wpm

High School Graduation or GED

Comfort with desktop computer system

Proven oral and written communication skills

Compassionate Customer Service Mindset

Ability to interact with multiple types of customers

What we prefer

6 months of experience in Call Center

1 year of experience in customer service

Logical Problem Solving Skills

Availability to work multiple shifts

Ability to use Windows operating systems

Organization and work prioritization skills ”
