This intern will report to the recruiting team. His primary responsibilities include storytelling through various channels that will allow future talents to better understand Tackle’s product, culture and brand. It is strongly recommended that you apply to individuals with an interest and experience in creative writing, journalism, marketing, and people operations. forforOur ideal candidate is curious, passionate about learning, entrepreneur, and problem solver. This will be a completely remote role with a flexible schedule to accommodate school schedules. • Create people-centered material and content to expand the reach of the Tackle brand to potential talent.
• Collaborate with various teams and departments to gain a better understanding of Tackle’s branding and messaging proposition.
• Track metrics, conduct digital audits of external media channel distribution, and report on ROI forvarious technologies.
• Partner closely with marketing organizations and staff to align with goals and objectives.
• Refine employee onboarding content, including offer letters, email templates, and communication of new hires.
