for Syneos Health Communications is currently hiring a highly motivated and results-oriented professional for the role of Recruitment Investigator/Sourcing Specialist for our Communications Talent Acquisition team. The investigator is primarily responsible for assisting and supporting technical assistance staff in finding and qualifying multi-skilled individuals in contract and direct positions with our clients. The researcher works with recruiters to identify target candidate populations and uses computer search, cold calling, and networking techniques to identify candidates who meet desired criteria. forfor Preferably we seek this position to be close to our offices in New York, Westerville or Santa Monica. forfor Responsibilities

• Utilize all hiring tools to obtain, identify, and prequalify or re-qualify specific skill sets of professionals for priority positions as determined daily/weekly
• Mining databases
• Prequalification of candidates and coordination of interviews
• Candidate tracking system Search and update of databases
• Generate leads and referrals through of the qualification process
• Support sourcing initiatives and the flow of candidates for the area of ​​responsibility
• Manage the publication processof jobs in job boards
• Carry out candidate reference checks
• Identify academics, associations, societies, etc. for different specialties
• Uses social networking sites like LinkedIn and Talemetry for sourcing and networking

• Minimum of one year of professional experience that includes formal training in sourcing practices and recruitment support role.
• Knowledge of ATS and web-based recruiting tools to include CareerBuilder and Monster.
• Able to write basic web queries/databases and Boolean searches
• Able to develop a relationship with others and work as a team
• Able to demonstrate a high level of service delivery
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate reliability in difficult circumstances and show a sense of urgency about getting results
• Perform a wide variety of tasks and change focus quickly as demands change
• Previous sourcing experience with direct interaction of candidates within the pharmaceutical/clinical environment
• Must have a strong desireof hiring, qualifying and assisting and supporting senior staff in the recruitment cycle
• Competence in Internet applications, important job boards and demonstrated knowledge with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
• A drive for self-development, the ability to collaborate, and an action-oriented work ethic
