Description:

The Field Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and delegating the daily activities of our Installation Teams.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily activities and actively manage the performance of installation teams
• This position will be responsible for installation projects from scheduling to final inspection
• Ensure team members are completing assignments with excellent quality
• Identify areas of opportunity for improvement and recommend process changes to support increased team efficiency
• Effectively manage headcount and installers to meet business demands and ensure targets are met
• Review and approve employee schedules
• Provide performance feedback and training
• Assist installation teams as needed to improve and deliver excellent customer service
• Other assigned roles
• Enforce company and security policies

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Solar Experience Preferred
• Electrical Experience Required
• Management Experience Required

Skills and Competencies:

• Highly self-motivated with the ability to prioritize complex responsibilities
• Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skillsand time management.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Solid logical decision making and problem solving skills with the ability to solve problems effectively.
