for This role is a full-time entry-level production opportunity located in Phoenix, AZ IL. 1st shift: 7 a.m. m. at 3:30 p.m. m. forfor ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Review batch tickets – read, understand and follow
• Gather and weigh ingredients (scale operation)
• Combine ingredients in a designated sequence
• Provide samplesto the quality control laboratory
• Pack product in designated containers and label containers
• Clean equipment and plant and dispose of debris
• Wash containers tubs after each use
• Operate a sit/stand forklift
• Operate equipment with an insertion system
• Responsible for stock rotation and minimizing containers partial
• Operate and troubleshoot mixing equipment
• Train other employees
• Responsible for ingredient traceability
• Use the SAP look-u inventory
• SAP CORK Tasks and SAP Cycle Count Tasks
• Perform preliminary quality checks
• Wear appropriate PPE at all times and maintain a clean work area
• Report incidents and improvements that almost lead to opportunities
• Participate in plant teams
• Participate actively in all plant safety training sessions, programs and initiatives
• ISO – Follow all standard operating procedures regarding performance of job duties and stay up-to-date on all applicable procedures

for Job requirements
for REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills, understanding of batch ticketing (EBT) systems with the ability to learn quickly
• Experience with quality control and safety procedures
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Mathematical skills and abilityto work with percentages
• Must be able to repeatedly lift 55 pounds. and stand for long periods of time

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• 1 year of experience in a production/manufacturing environment
• Experience in batch manufacturing

Shift:

• 1st shift (7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.)
• Must work 40 hours. weekly and overtime
