WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
SUEZ Water Technologies & Solutions’ Single Point of Contact (SPOC) will lead the regional interface between SUEZ WTS and the largest and most important customers in the vertical data center market. This SPOC closely engages with the account contacts and key account managers, product management, product applications and technology teams at SUEZ WTS to ensure contract performance across the entire portfolio
Responsibilities:
Coordinate closely with SUEZ Water Technologies & Solutions key account managers in relation to all account activities. Continuously monitor the performance of the SUEZ contract. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the buyer’s needs and the appropriate SUEZ capabilities to meet those needs, including:
· Execute and manage corporate pricing, contract invoices, and accounts receivable (due debt) with the manager of main accounts.
· Identify opportunities for account management improvements and work with vertical data center teams to execute them.
· Coordinate new site launch activities, including account setup, draft SOWs, and service level expectationswith selected mechanical contractors and end customers
Conduct quarterly business reviews and key performance indicator (KPI) review meetings with key customer decision makers. Proactively address and resolve any issues related to water treatment at all Buyer sites, conduct site visits and facilitate technical audits, as necessary, to identify opportunities for improvement and productivity.
Account information: Keep/update including Valkre and Salesforce. com specific to the datacenter market vertical.
Productivity: Keep the project tracker and provide regular internal and external updates to stakeholders. Submit relevant documentation, internally and to customers, about productivity projects.
New Sites: Facilitate Requests for Proposals for New Installations and Site Expansions
Communication: Report regularly to regional and corporate buyer leadership teams. Serve as the main liaison between local representatives of both companies and corporate team resources. Act as a global water champion for the Buyer within the Seller’s organization.
Basic Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Biology, Chemistry or Marketing from an accredited college or university
Minimum 5 years of experience in water, data centers or equivalent relevant industries
Travel required: 10% per year on average

Desired Qualifications:
– In-depth knowledge of products, services,SUEZ WTS technologies and application portfolio
– In – In-depth knowledge of the data center market, processes and cooling technologies.
– Ability to scope out an evolving space and discipline to maintain focus on designated focus areas for SUEZ WTS in the industrial sector working closely with P&L leaders and the account team- key of SUEZ WTS
-Ability to adhere to high ethical values
-Ability to align strategy and execute on it
-Strong ability to influence functions of business
-Experience working in a matrix environment
-Clear thinker, a good listener, externally focused, problem -solver
-Ability to work beyond organizational roles and boundaries to quickly mobilize stakeholders
