for In the position of Customer Relationship Leader , you will be responsible for all elements of the order management project and the coordination processes within the Tools and molding equipment. You will be the single point of contact to provide a consistent and positive customer experience. for

• Assess all requested order requirements, identify existing/default compliance, as well as customer and regulatory requirements and new or unique requirements
• Organize and conduct interdisciplinary reviews of requirements and identify document compliance for each department for each applicable requirement
• Contract/purchase order review
• Provide email and phone support toclients regularly to ensure expectations are met or exceeded
• Ensuring client requests requiring escalation are shared with appropriate parties on the schedule to meet client expectations

As part of Stratasys, this position requires access to information and/or controlled technology under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Successful candidate must be a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Lawful Permanent Resident (or Green Card Holder), Protected Person as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b (a) (3), or eligible to obtain required authorizations from the US Department of State.
