Searching for Product design leaders to reinvent software product across web and mobile apps. With a product reaching over 150 countries and over 100 million users, you will have an impact on the future of the company’s main product. The right candidate will be able to work as an individual contributor or as a team leader, mentoring junior designers. You will need to be detail oriented but able to work in a fast paced environment. You will work in an agile environment with engineers, researchers and product managers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of excellent UX for the product across a range of software.
- Own the end-to-end design process.
- Mentor junior designers
- Grow and build the future of the design team
- Lead and maintain small design teams, with an overview of current and end results.
- Balance a design needs to product and company needs
- Deal with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 6+ years in a senior /lead design role
- Experience in agile environments
- Work as an individual or as part of a wider design team
- Demonstrated high quality end-to-end design work
- Previous experience hiring and building a design team.
