Key responsibility 1 – Target Setting, Performance Evaluation, and Market Intelligence
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency across all levels, as well as the evolution according to the business development.
Target Setting
- Be responsible for Total China’s sales target/estimate and related analysis/simulations on a monthlyolling basis, and coordinate with commercial teams and get alignment accordingly.
- Coordinate with Commercial / Marketing / BD / Finance to smooth the BU/LE processes, and ensure high-quality delivery. And communicate with HQ to ensure a consistent understanding of local business.
Performance Evaluation
- Well understand the business as well as the impact. Keep monitoring company KPI including the daily tracking of China’s overall sale s. Create and maintain different dashboards to support related stakeholders to easily evaluate the company’s business.
Market Intelligence
- Leverage different sources to benchmark the company’s performance with key competitors. And structure the competition review with cross-function collaboration, covering key fields of operation (product/network/media & social/E-commerce etc.)

Key responsibility 2 – Strategic Initiatives and Operation Initiatives
Develop a deep understanding of the Luxury industry and company operation, provide insights and recommendations to fully support business development
Strategic Initiatives:
- Coordinate with different functions to structure the needs and support the design of company strategy and roadmap.
- As a core team member of the market action plan, provide data relevant analysis to support the business decision, and ensure the successful delivery of the plan.
Operational Initiatives:
Convey the long-term strategies and initiatives to ensure the implementation.
- Organize and coordinate different business reviews: Monthly review meetings/ Event based meetings / Annual Conference / China Exco meeting
- Support HQ Team China Visit
- Other presentation/events speech if required.

Key responsibility 3 –Cross Department Project
Coordinate cross-functionally, closely monitor the processes and ensure high-quality & timely project roll-out and result delivery.
Support the management team and business development team in leading cross-department projects, to ensure the implementation and generate high-quality delivery.

Qualifications
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, Finance /Economics background is a plus.
- Familiar with ERP ( SAP ) and BI.
- 8+ years experience in Business analysis, commercial or Luxury industry preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and team player with all the stakeholders.
- Fluent in English and Chinese communication, both verbal and written.
- Good at using business analysis tools, i.e. Microsoft office (Excel, PPT), Power BI, and Keynotes is a plus.
