What Will You Do?
The Solution Architect is a dynamic position that requires the ability to work cross-functionally within the company. The lucky candidate will work closely with our VP of Operations and Sales team to lead all the technical aspects of the customer cycle – from initial contact to account management.
– Understand the customer’s requirements and integrate Wenrix’s solutions into their environment
– Assist with the sales cycle and lead all the technical aspects – present technical pilots, design the architecture and execute the deployment
– Manage long-term projects and deliver on time
– Handle customer success processes to gain and build trust with the client in order to bring added value
What You Bring
– Business intuition and the ability to work in a customer-facing environment – Must
– Strong written, oral, and technical presentation skills in English – Must
– Fluent in SQL (Postgres/MySql) – Big advantage
– Prior experience as full-stack/back-end software developer – Big advantage
– 1-3 years of Enterprise B2B experience in a technical client-facing role (sales engineer, consulting, project management) – Advantage
– Familiar with AI and Big Data – Advantage
– Speak additional languages at a business conversational level – Advantage
