We are looking for professionals willing to help others design and build flexible, effective and efficient design operations. You will be proactive and excited to be the \”face of Sketch\” for customers. Your main focus will be to build relationships, drive meaningful adoption, and help design teams succeed with Sketch.
Tasks
You will also become an ambassador of design excellence using Sketch and your tasks will include
In this role, you will manage and collaborate with corporate design teams to ensure their success by leveraging Sketch.
- Igniting corporate customers and preparing them for success
- Promote engagement and adoption among existing customers
- Monitor rights in key accounts and encourage renewals and expansions successful
- Provide actionable and honest customer feedback to our design and development teams
- Efficiently manage a high volume of outbound communications
- Identify, monitor and improve the health of each of your customers
- Manage a portfolio of 75 corporate customers
Requirements
- 2 years of experience working directly with corporate clients in a customer success or account management role
- Experience in creating and maintainingof relationships at the highest levels with assigned accounts become a trusted advisor
- A deep sense of empathy and a commitment to integrity
- Excellent skills for collaboration, relationship building and communication
- Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills
- You must be passionate about great design
- Ability to work remotely as part of a close-knit team
- Even though this is a remote location, periodic/infrequent travel may be expected for some in-person meetings with clients
