Your Role at Zales: As part of our sales team you are responsible for providing a superior experience to our valued customers. Additionally, you will be able to:

• Engage customers in a conversation to understand their needs and wants
• Ability to present merchandise and share detailed information on product features and benefits
• Provide information on extended service plans and Financing Options

• Strong customer service, sales, retail and/or jewelry experience
