Position Summary: –
A sales manager is responsible for helping create a business by identifying new business prospects and selling them products . The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. Using an advisory approach to sales, this person will use their experience to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. It must maintain relationships with current customers and build and maintain relationships with new customers. It will also have to keep up with the competition and work to hone and improve the skills to be a market leader by attracting more customers.
The detailed roles would include: –
Role and responsibility
- Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and assess customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking and social media to achieve predefined goals .
- Set up meetings with prospects and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate product presentations.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with data sales and financial.
- Ensuring availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
- Negotiate/conclude agreements and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with members of the team for better results.
- Collect feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
- Reach and exceedsales objectives
- Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts
- Manage complex negotiations with senior management
- Build relationships and establishing long-term relationships with customers
Salary: – 20,000 PKR – 60,000 PKR
