The senior technical recruiter is responsible for delivering high quality, cost-effective full life-cycle recruitment service which adds value meets the customer needs, and is aligned with the business requirements of Hero Teams.
The key to this role is an awareness of data privacy and security as you will be dealing with sensitive data in accordance with Hero Teams’ security policies and practices.
Required experience:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in IT Recruitment
- Must have handled and hired roles for Full Stack Developer/Engineer and DevOps Engineer
- Must have a good network with IT people, for the Philippine market
Qualifications:
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT and Developer roles
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, video call, and structured)
- High problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- High relationship management, collaboration, and influencing skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Degree in Human Resources, IT, or any related field
