Job Description:
We are looking for .Net Developers to fill roles at various levels based on the experience and capability.
Brief Roles and Responsibilities:
Work on all aspects of technology design, development, integration and deployment of products and implement them across web, api and Mobile platforms. Understand Business Processes, Identify problem areas in various business functions.
Desired Profile: Track record, Startup and Authentication Technology experience preferred, Passion for startups, Expertise in tech requirements of SaaS/PaaS Products and API , Windows Development Experience. Great Interpersonal skills, Self-motivated and Go-getter, Natural instinct to think out of the box and be innovative, Good Analytical and Problem Solving ability.
Responsibilities include directing project efforts and development team. Also this person provides application systems analysis, programming and development.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Ability to design, develop, troubleshoot, debug, and implement software code and databases such as WCF, REST, JSON, MVC and MVVM framework, XML, Webservices, Visual C#.NET,ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML5, Node.js, Angular, Kendo UI, MySQL, SQL Server and/or Oracle 10/11g databases.
2. Work with Relations database management systems, client-server technologies and distributed databases, Web services and APIs in multi threaded architectures.
3. Develop, Test and Debug programs, web applications and system interfaces in accordance with client specifications.
4. Ability to work with engineers and other members of internal/external project team to maintain the site concept, interface design, and architecture of the website.
5. Actively involved in decision making process & new resource hiring.
6. Ability to work independently and to interact successfully with project staff.
Requirements:
1. Experience in SAML, SSO, ws-federation, Oauth, OPEN ID Technologies.
2. Hands-on experience in C#, C++ , WPF, PL-SQL, Design Patterns, Web services (SOAP/HTTP,REST APIs).
3. Significant hands on experience with Database design (MSSQL/MySQL / Oracle).
4. Significant hands on experience with NoSQL databases (Mongo etc.).
5. Significant hands on experience with caching systems (Redis / Memcached etc.).
6. Hands on experience with client frameworks AngularJS / ReactJS.
7. Experience with Cloud Technologies AWS/Azure.
8. Experience using version control repositories.
9. Adept at delivering features through build, test and deployment automation.
10. Expert at debugging code using debuggers, profilers and other tools.
11.Knowledge of any of these languages PHP, Python.
12. Experienced in building and growing large engineering teams and scalable systems with best practices in top technology companies serving large user base.
13. Experience in building multi-tenant products and large scale distributed systems.
14. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to handle both the big picture and crucial technical decisions.
15. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
16. Good technical acumen and people skills.
17. Ability to mentor a Development Team at various levels.
18. Minimum of 12-15 years of experience working with enterprise and cloud based software solutions, at least some of which is focused on IoT, healthcare and financial services.
19. Minimum of 5 years of specific, demonstrable, hands-on experience with SaaS products and services in a leadership capacity.
20. Proven experience developing sound analytically-driven strategies combined with the leadership to articulate and evangelize the product vision and strategy.
21. Deep understanding of the software product development processes.
22. A proven track record of successfully managing one or more products, to meet aggressive growth targets.
23. Able to develop and manage product strategies.
24. A history of creating comprehensive go-to market plans to effectively launch new products and provide on-going support.
25. Proven ability to develop and manage system migration plans as new versions and platforms are introduced.
